Yup, if people are complaining about the amount of puppies in the world, then why do they keep
making them? |

Puppy Mills should definitely be shut down. The problem is careless people in the world. Buying from
places that does not have breeding registration and correct form of health test for their breed (s)
. If no one buys from a puppy mill they will soon shut down. Where do all the puppies go ? When they
do decide to shut down. Those puppies will be up for grabs , therefore, there is no reason to not
shutdown a puppy mill . They have no rights. Abusing or mistreating in the law would count as
illegal . As for that it goes for every thing in the world. Although there is no law saying that
puppy mills are illegal, there is a law that says mistreating and abusing any biotic creatures
(except for plants and such, thought trees are a different story..) is illegal. Which makes puppy
mills good enough to be illegal. |

Yes, puppy mills must be shut down. Problem is, when one is shut down, another three open. It is
difficult to keep ahead of these 'money mills'. Animals rely on our voices. |

Puppy mills are an horrific torture factories. That aside, millions of unwanted, unadapted animals
are destroyed every year, just in the U.S. Puppy mills are exactly the same thing as "breeding
slaves" during this country's shameful slavery period, which seem to not quite be over... |

Puppy mills are dog breeding facilities that operate under horrible breeding conditions, causing the
development of chronic health problems, temperament issues, and hereditary defects in puppies that
come from the mills. So yes they should be shut down. |

Puppy mills should be shut down because they don't care about the animals their goal is to pump em'
out as fast as they can. |
