President Obama Will Correct Many Of America's Problems (or At Least Start To).
President Obama has promised to correct many of the U.S.A.'s problems. Do you think he will deliver on these promises? Please be honest.

I don't usually find any politician to be remarkable but Obama is different there is something about him. I don't usually believe a politician when they say they are going to do something but in this case I really believe him. His speech today was fantastic. So I agree with the debate motion.

Give him a chance....socialism may not be your ideal but doesn't not mean it won't work....u guys need something to put those corporate fat cats in their cage or else they will continue running your country, and then the world will be in the same situation all over again somewhere down the line

He's seems to be making a good go of it so far. I'm still willing to give him the chance. He's got a harder row to hoe than any president since Roosevelt so we better hope he's an effective leader. It would be nice if he wasn't already getting ankle bites from the demagogues and raving idiots that have become such a part of American politics. People like Rush that would hate to see anybody accomplish anything because then they would have less idiocy to rave about.

So far he seems to agree with former president Bush on "The Patriot Act" ( domestic spying and the removal of civil liberties in the US ) and "The War on Terrorism" ( Killing people in the desert on the other side of the planet who's main mode of transportation is an animal ). I can't say which is worse, but I can say that I do not agree with either of these policies as a way to protect anyone. I used to live in the "Land of the Free", but I feel now, more than ever, I live in the land of "The Controlled Masses in Order to Protect the Masses". But hey, only 50% of my tax dollars go to "defense" spending anyway.

 How did President Obama lie? And as far as I know, the economy has gotten a little bit better than before President Barack Obama was elected. I mean gas prices went down!

No politician will ever solve any problems. They will only create more. Obama is no exception. I don't care if you're Republican or Democrat, Conservative or Liberal. Our government has become a leviathan. If our founding fathers could have seen into the future, they would have put a lot more thought into the writing the Constitution, then our stupid politicians wouldn't be able to put it to shame like they do now. The fact is that we the people have to take action and put our government back into order. Keep in mind, I am NOT talking anarchy. The Constitution says that we the people of the United States have, not only the right, but the duty to overthrow a government which has become too large, and re-establish it to become better. I don't think so what so ever. He doesn't have any history dealing with economics issues, he doesn't know anything about banks and nothing about the stock market. We need someone who understand the difference between punishing a company that provides jobs compare to helping them out.
