I wouldn't worry about it. Over population issues will ultimately correct on their own. Of course it gets a bit messy but oh well.

fair enough you do qualify it by saying only. But I don't think it solves the problem you perceive.

What is out of control is technology. That is what is pushing the bounds not people having children.

Do you believe a sixty year old woman who lives on her own should contemplate pregnancy?

I disagree that we have a population problem and even if we did, the way people breed is nothing to do with anybody else but individuals concerned.
