Pop Ups Are Disrespectful.
People should call first, suppose I want to tidy up, or maybe I have company and I don't want someone else business...

I think it is better if uninvited guests call ahead first.
My mum pops in unannounced and wants to use my fax, phone, computer and drink my coffee. Just because I work at home doesn't mean I have time to make her fresh coffee, fax things for her and give up my computer at the drop of a hat.
Love mum better when she calls.
Dad pops in with his dog. My cats HATE it. If I know he is going to visit, I have the cats in the garage or my bedroom so there is no pet squabbles. I would have time to round them up if he had called.
It is not mannerly to drop in unannounced.

If someone shows up unannounced and you don't like that, make sure you let them know that they must call ahead. How can someone know what's wrong if you don't tell them?

I love pop ups. If someone calls and lets you know they are on their way over or will stop by later then you really have to clean the house. If they just stop by I can say don't mind the mess and have a cup of tea. I agree with Tepal someday you may want someone to pop in and because you had a problem the last time they stopped they really won't come back. Today people are so busy you don't get them to stop by often but try and welcome them. You may need a friendly face someday.

 A friendly face = a friendly dispositon which =
consideration. Supposed every time someone popped up your house was dirty,
friend or know, people tend to label, hence,
guard today is fun company but seems repugnant, I don't have the stomach to visit them today.

Not! Pop-ups are the greatest! It let's you know that the person cares and is thinking of you. It is a free country.
