People Who Walk Directly At You In The Street Are Really Annoying.
I think people who walk directly at you in the street, or in shopping centres, are very annoying, and have no manners. Some people seem to have no sense of direction, and I seem to attract them like a magnet. Is it just me or have other people experienced this?

Sure, I can't imagine anyone who would argue this is acceptable behavior. In fact to take it a step further I also despise when a small group (say two or three friends) decide to walk shoulder to shoulder and sweep the sidewalk forcing everyone and anyone else to get out of their way instead of letting two opposite lanes of foot traffic pass by easily. It's almost as if once they get sufficient numbers in their party then they must be above all rules of politeness or accommodation.

I remember I used to tell freshmen to walk behind me for safety. Good times. I usually walk right through these individuals or at least throw a shoulder at them. They usually give you the "What's your problem?" look.

Yes it is almost as if you are invisible to them. But that is one of the follies of dumbing down society.

I think there should be a highway code for shoppers, some people ain't got no manners. Boats for example always pass each other on the left hand side, and motor boats always give way to other boats under sail, there are never any problems, (because of recent events I don't think this applies to subs....;-). Citizens should apply this code to high street shopping, the amount of times I have ended up doing the tango just trying to get past someone is unbelievable.
