It is a very important election and I definitely have an opinion.... HOWEVER, when people become
polarized, alarmist, hateful, arrogant about their choice it does NOT promote democracy or learning
or understanding, it instead becomes an obstacle to our society moving forward.
You can love your candidate without demonizing the opponent. And you should be able to admit
whether the opponent made a good point or question or speech. When you instantly decide to shut out
of fair consideration everything the other says and does you go down a dangerous path. |

I think we should put our politics aside after the election and focus on our economy. |
