I've never had any sort of cannibalistic urge or hunger develop after oral sex. I guess its everyone to their own thing, if you want, say, fruit cake after you've already endulged then I say go ahead.
EDIT After reading your response to Grenache my definition of cannabalism is members of the same species eating each other. I don't see the link between oral sex and eating another human being.

 Now, Grenache. Don't go out and try this today, just to find out you think you may have been missing out on. While I have never stimulated a male organ, other than the pipe organ I tried learning to play as a child for Sunday services, I have noticed I get hungry after my pipes are played. LOL. You are a funny one. Still, you haven't answered whether you agree with this form of cannibalism. I invite you to try again.
