Obama's 'Bailout' Was A Lie.
He explained that it was immediately necessary to pass the measure as the econony was on the brink of collapse. Yet 90% of the funds are unused months later. It is my belief that he only created a huge slush fund to reward those who voted for him. The Blue states are receiving funds at a 2-1 ratio over the Red states. By the way- Bush's 'bailout' was bogus also.

Yep. Most of the money that was spent was wasted, that's only 5%. They only wanted Legislation to be passed as quickly as possible to get the whole thing through. We only spent 5%!!! We could have read the rest of the bill by now!!!

By The way, government is not a business or a bank. So our government bailed out private ownership putting the burden on us instead of the corporations at fault.

Any good marxist would let the big businesses fall all by themselves, but Obama is trying to drag the government down with them. Enviro-Statism is BS everyone...

Although I was and still am against the bailout I really don't think it was a lie - I'd instead chalk it up to panic, confusion, and mismanagement. There's a lot of other people voicing what to do with that bailout money too.

 I appreciate your comment but I must disagree. He said it was needed immediately but he has not spent it immediately. I understand that everyone wants some but that still flys against the logic of his reasoning. It was needed IMMEDIATELY.

The 'lot of other people' are probably who he had in mind to begin with anyway....
