Hidells "knowledge" of the world is laughable. Hidell and those who typically agree with Hidell
regarding the social workings of this planet are a dime a dozen.
Many political leaders have been assassinated for many different reasons. Of course, Hidell and
those who agree with Hidell will be the first to come up with reasons these leaders were assasinated
that defy logic and any accepted reason. It's what they do. It's how their mind works.
Any world leader (for that matter - any popular figure) is a target. There are quite a few people on
this planet. Many of them are twisted in the same ways as Hidell. They are angry. They are cynical.
They lust for trouble.
Anyway, Obamas chances of being assassinated are about the same as everyone elses.
By the way, Americans have very little tolerance for racism. I don't know where some of you
Europeans get your news (actually I do - I watch some of it and it's very ignorant in its world view
while being very pompous in it's supposed refined grasp of the world view). |

Only time will tell. I do agree that there are hateful factions and special interests who would
take him out if they could. However, I also think he'll be the most closely protected President of
the last century. His Secret Service detail will be top knotch.
And frankly any fraction that would assassinate him and get caught would face a mighty world of
hurt. If the KKK or Aryan Nation did it they would be genuinely surprised at the upwelling of anger
across the world as well as across the vast majority of people in this country. I think there would
be open house on assaulting and killing white supremacists if they got caught for an assassination.
It would probably be the single most stupid sociopolitical move they could ever do. Their voice
opinion may be tolerated by many in the name of free speech but an action that severe and against
such a popular electee would be crossing a line they'd be foolish to cross. |

It would be almost impossible to assassinate someone in this day and age. He's even said that if he
gets elected, he knows there will be racial tension, so he's planning on having extra protection. |

It's ludicrous to think that he'll be assassinated, that certainly isn't a reason he shouldn't be
elected (there are plenty of other reasons for that, none having to do with his skin color). |
