Nothing is better on a cold discomforting morning then a nice bowl of oatmeal boiled in milk and
topped with brown sugar. |

Oatmeal is alway a great start to the day because it is the only breakfast- I think- that fills you
up and doesn't pump you full of calories. You can eat it in the morning and can work in safe
knowledge that you won't need to eat again for a while. It also provides you with the most important
meal of the day and may help you lose weight as you may only decide to eat in the morning and
evening. That' what I did. |

Eelmonkey,\
I have porridge every morning.
Oat groats and rolled oats seam to be different.
My grandmother used to boil oatmeal, and it took a fair time. But now-a-days, it all seams instant,
can you tell me the difference? |

I think it's great also. But if you were eating it every day for years, you were probably going
through withdrawls when you stopped.
Mix it up a little! |

Oatmeal is good stuff ;-) Eat up.
How I like my oatmeal? Runny, with a whole carton of blueberries cooked in it, without any
sweetening sugar or cream.
Just oatmeal and blueberry cereal.
Breakfast of champs ;-) |

I love oatmeal. It's nutritious, cheap in price and a very good source of fiber. Great for kids
especially in the winter. Go Oatmeat!!!! |
