| She is in effect giving aid and comfort to the enemy, by crediting them and not our troops and the Iraqi troops for the successes in Iraq. Granted, there is not a lot of success there, but even she admits that there has been some limited, though measurable improvement. Previously, she has decried the Iraqi's inability to stem the tide of insurgent attacks, and now that this result has been realized, she credits the wrong source.
