| Murderers Should Be Killed In As Brutal Of A Fashion That Their Victim(s) Was/were. |
| It is unjust for a murderer to have the luxury of lethal injection or even the electric chair when his/her victim(s) didn't have the luxury of a humane death. Also, it should be videotaped and posted online so that everyone can watch the scumbags die. |

This reminds me of immature retaliation. As a society we have to be better and more respectable than
the murderers and not stoop to their level. |

And what? Be like a murderer yourself. Matbe a death penalty but not brutally killing them. Let them
stay in prison til they die. They will become so bored they would want to die. Thats worse than
dying. |

I like the idea of the death penalty but the whole notion of society, as a whole, to drop down to
the murderer's level is wrong. The notion of law and crime is, as a society, to condemn the wrong
actions with punishment dealt to those who violate society and the law. By stooping down to the
murderer's level makes society no better than the killer. |

No that would be moronic, this is you I'm talking to though isn't it. Not really a surprise is it
when you think about it. If you institutionalise such a behaviour don't go complaining when it gets
abused.
And do you really want to act like the criminals, what will that say about our society? It takes us
down to the levels of an uncivilised animal. |

What makes you think you understand true justice? How do you define justice? The death of human
beings is not a punishment that I endorse and it is not justice in my eyes. Your views on life, the
world, are ideologically skewed. You probably live in a fundamentalist society where people tell you
exactly what to think without question. No one agrees with what you have to say, and you need to
step aside and review the REAL world as it is. |

Geez, I wrote a long reply but just deleted it to keep this simple: Yes some people are so bad they
deserve to die, yes in some cases I'd enjoy seeing them suffer and squirm, but no our society should
not be institutionalizing a punishment system equipped to do to them the same things they did to
others. That's very dangerous. If we build it and empower them to use it in creative and
disgusting ways then they will, and it won't always be fair. I dare say it would be a power
destined for abuse. |

A stunning display of the Christian ethic you cohere to so passionately. It is evident through this
malicious belief, that you, Miller, need help. Why on earth anyone in there right mind would want to
view the destruction of human life in such a gruesome fashion as for what you wish upon others,
frankly, puts chills running down the back of my spine. |

Why does it not surprise that SillyMiller is a sociopath who wants to commit violence against
others?
By SillyMiller's "thinking", Cameron Todd Willingham should have been tied to a metal frame, placed
inside a burning wooden structure and left to die...that despite the fact that Willingham was
innocent and wrongly convicted by false and tainted testimony from "experts".
The definition of a sociopath is one who gains enjoyment from the misery and suffering experienced
by others. The sociopath does not have to be the cause of pain and suffering, merely to have
enjoyed watching it happen. |

That would bring us to the same level of brutality as the offender. Again, an eye for an eye isn't
the answer. |
