Movie Theatres Should Have Some Sort Of Review/feedback Card You Can Turn In After Seeing Something And It Should Tabulate So Future Viewers Can Look To See What Others Said About It
Think about it, you could go to a theatre and consider choosing between 3 movies and check right there on the spot how the viewers of earlier shows rated the movies you're considering. I know there are other places to get reviews (on-line for example) but those people could be from anywhere, even marketers. It's the people who go to your own theatre whose opinions would be interesting to capture.

I don’t think that will help all that much. There are people who just don’t enjoy certain movies; it could remind them of something off putting that occurred within their personal life, or they could just not be in tone with that genre, they could even simply lack the understanding to appreciate it. I think it would be best to read the non-spoiler version of the plot before going to see a movie, and then you should know if you’ll enjoy it, and your view of that movie won’t be distorted by the view of one who has a completely different taste than you.
