| Money Can Buy Happiness & Love |
| Contrary to popular belief, while money is not necessary for love & happiness it is very hard to achieve either without it. Psychology teaches that The Basic human need is Food, Clothing and Shelter and if these things are not satisfied you cant build your life to achieve such things as happiness. It is Very Hard to be happy or feel any love when you are Hungry, Naked, and Homeless. Needless to say Money will buy you Food, clothing and shelter and a beautiful girl who accepts you for every penny you are worth. |

Love is all about retrospect is measured by your perception. Someone could be doing something mean
to you, but yet you feel loved by it.
Ask those post abuse victims who accepted abuse for years as an indication that their abuser loved
them, that's why they did what they did.
It is not about how it's given its about how it's received if you felt love when you receive it.
Then by golly you are the winner.
Inversely If people try to show love to you and you don't receive it as love. No matter how hard
they try it will never make you happy or make you feel loved. You are your love filter. You decide
who loves you and you decide what makes you happy.
Whether it be Money, Sex, Woman, God, Man. Or Debating. |

Money may buy food which may make you feel happy. But true joy comes from something totally
opposite of money and possessions. |

If rich people who claim they have bought happiness, love and real friendship were suddenly to lose
all their money I'd like to see how many any of those would last. Not very long I'm guessing. |

You are playing off words again to create a logical trap to prove your point. Money is of course
very valuable and important in a civilized world. As you state you need it for food, clothing,
shelter. However that is also your flaw -- some cultures don't use "money" in the form as we think
of it. For instance there exist tribes in 3rd world nations that "money" has no value. They each
have a part in the community and all contribute to keep the community going -- hunting, gathering,
turning skins into clothes, etc. And yet they still find food, shelter and clothing.
The love thing I hope you really don't believe for a second if you do I have to say I feel a bit bad
for you. Let me give you a tip right now the moment money becomes even a little bit the reason why
someone wants to be with you that instantly eliminates love.
Love is not for money , no matter what reports, books or other people tell you. If someone desires
you for and more importantly judges how they stay with you on the size of your bank account that is
not love , maybe lust, I'm sure...but its not love.
Lust is easy to find for just about anyone one of us -- its love , real love, that's the rare
thing.
Happiness , true happiness, isn't based on material goods either. The happiness money buys is
material happiness. You are happy that you have a Ferarri F40, you are happy because of your 10,000
sq foot mansion.....that is NOT the same as happy because of how someone makes you feel, that is NOT
the same as happy because you honestly worked hard and achieved something, that is NOT the same as
happy because you saved someone's life....
I believe you are confused. |

Money cannot buy you sex, how moronic.
Are you talking prostitution or something?! That's illegal anyway, so it would not even enter into
this debate.
We are assuming here, no one in here would ever go to a prostitute: Or, be that desperate for
sex.
Assuming everyone in here lives by legalities and all.
I'm just saying......
That said, no.
I disagree: Money, cannot buy sex.
And it cannot buy love, that is for ABSOLUTE certain.
Real love, not infatuation, I am talking here: Real, bona fide love. You know what I mean...... |

Money can buy you sex.
Money might even make you happy.
There are plenty of people who have lots of money, buy sex, and when they get divorce end up sharing
more of the money than they bargained for, for the sex they had. |

It may be able to buy happiness, and "love", but not true love. I'm not really sure what column to
put this in, because in a way it can buy the love and affection of one, but that love wouldn't be
considered true love to me. And it surly can buy happiness, but money is definitely not all you need
to be happy, it just can help a lot. I know that its factual that many celebrities, despite being
rich are depressed. |
