Trust me if he was found innocent by virtue of mental defect he is not back out on the street. He is
in a secured facility under supervision at all times. If he can't understand what he did or that it
is wrong then to send him to prison is simply revenge not justice. Molestatio is certainly wrong but
locking up teenage retarded kid isn't going to fix that |

I do think it is wrong. I hope the 11 year old got proper treatment. |

And a crime. Should be death-penalty crime. |

Molestation can really mess up a kid. Molestation is wrong, and it always will be. |

Your heading and subheading differ,
it is confusing, because you ask two questions that require different colums,
is it wrong, yes
is it right , no |

Molestation-in a form- is against one of the 7 deadly sins -"lust". |

Of course it's wrong. Even animals know not to do it - the only instances where it happens in
nature is when adult males have a shortage of sex partners.
The 16 year old is not the only revolting person in the news.
A 52 year old christians named Russell Back Jr. Said upon conviction, "Jesus has forgiven me and
in time they [his multiple 13 year old victims] can forgive me, too." He did not say,
"I hope they can," he said it as though it was the children's obligation. Another christian
rationalizes his revolting behaviours.
Back was a "leader" int he boy scouts. He tied up and raped multiple children, videotaping it for
his own later enjoyment.
Edit:
I hit the "tab" key once too often and ended up in the wrong box for a cut and paste. This should
be on the "For" side.....
He wouldn't write "argh", he'd just say, to quote Monty Python.... |

Society is to blame yet again, it legislates all of this filth you see everywhere and then when it
programs
a frigile or weak mind , it's only answer is to institutionalize every one, unfortunately society
will be held accountable to, if this
incident isn't proof of that now. |

Are you saying this guy was never punished...this is craziness. |

Molestation is the way through which you attack somebody sexually and harass him or her in any
possible way. According to the eyes of law molestation is really wrong but if we keep the legal
matter aside then it is something which also psychologically affects the victim. After incidents
like this victims get paranoid about any and every such matter which can relate to the molestation
incident. Besides this molestation is one such issue which a normal human being can not develop,
only a person who is mentally perverted can think of matters like this. Thus the person who is
molesting someone should be severely punished and should be made to realize that whatever he did is
wrong. People who suffer from these types of mental sickness need proper counseling and care so that
they can understand their fault. |

Yes, molestation is wrong, and it's wrong when the victims are made to question that in their own
minds. There should be no doubt, and those guilty of it should not walk away free. |

Molestation is wrong it confuses young kids and leaves them with harmful memories for the rest of
their lives |

In my opinion i think he should been put away.If he was mentally I'll,he would not have had those
sexual reactions. If he's sane enough to get off he should be sane enough to go to jail. |
