No way Megadeth by far! The best album Metallica has is Kill 'em All which has Dave Mustaine as lead guitar. Then they fired him and now he's with Megadeth and I love every one of Megadeth's Albums yeah ALBUMS not songs. Metallica has very few good songs excluding the ones from Kill 'em All

Depends on what you like. Megadeth tends to get off the ground a little more than Metallica.

Megadeths Holy Wars Punishment Due is one of the best metal songs ever made.

I believe you are utilising the fallacy of popularity. Metallica is admittedly more popular but your only point is that Megadeth's singer is unsatisfactory: However, you are uncontrollably subjective in your viewpoints on vocalists.
Bands really cannot be "good" or "bad', only "liked" or "unliked" by a person or group of people.

 Good point, but this also has to do with opinion, not just fact, does it not? If you like Metallica, vote Yes, Megadeth, vote No. Did you vote No just because you didn't like the phrasing of my argument, or do you believe Megadeth is the better band? The latter is the appropriate reason.
