Students With Mental Issue Should Be In Schools
When I was in Elementary, there was a girl with some brain 'disease' whom was unable to conceive talking, colors, learning, etc. Yet, she came everyday in a wheelchair with an aid pushing her. Should she have come if she could not learn anything? Please keep in mind I am not trying to be racist, rather just wondering.

Nobody who is abnormal should be allowed in normal schools as it disrupts and provides bad influence to the students.
