I think that women have more social obstacles to overcome, specifically in the form of prejudice
from meatballs like yourself. But in natural talent there is no difference. More importantly
leadership qualities are rare and important and we can ill afford to squander the leadership
potential that women represent with repressive and counterproductive social inertia. |

Not true at all. I've had both genders of bosses myself and they were equivalent. I also have
co-workers who are female bosses and the staff under them think they're great. And I find the
context of this debate topic sexist and dangerous because people could try to make similar claims
against other demographic groups using the same minimal evidence. Older or younger bosses, Asian or
Black bosses, Jewish bosses, Homosexual bosses, etc. Might all be stereotyped with a general claim
like the one heading this debate and it would not only be offensive but the claim would be wrong.
Each individual should stand on their own merits - and that includes women bosses. |
