Memorial Day Is Not Taken Seriously Enough.
Nowadays, people seem to lose the meaning of this important day.

Most people just think of memorial day as a day off and nothing else. Allot of the population doesn't even know what it stands for.

I agree, its meaning pretty much forgotten, and its just considered the beginning of the summer.

There is no such thing as a holiday not being taken seriously enough. There is no harm in not taking a holiday seriously, so if people don't care about it then it isn't that important.
