The phrase "false advertising" is kind of redundant. All advertising is false to some extent. |

They're not claiming that the Big Macs are filled with vitamins and will help you loose weight.
Instead, when promoting the healthiness of McDonalds, they use foods which are better for you-
salads, for example. These give the wrong idea (that all of McDonald's products are healthy), but
that's not false advertising.
Doesn't matter to me though, I haven't ate McDonalds for a year-and-a-half, minus one McFlurry. |
