Yes, I feel this is true. He, along with Senator Phil Graham of Texas, sponcered the Banking
deregulation legislation in the US senate, that helped usher in the mess we are in now. He doesn't
want to go into a debate with Obama, knowing this will come up, without some kind of solution in
place that might help to balance out the damage that he helped create. |

This is so wrong. I think McCain is doing the right thing by putting country first. First of all
Obama said he has been campaining for 19 months now, and has been in the senate for 2 years how much
time has he actually spent in Washington? Has he been able to vote more than present? I don't see
how the debate would evan matter since the first debate was to be on foreign policy not on the
economy and you cant switch them with such little notice because Obama would not have time to study.
No McCain is showing real leadership. |
