Long Distance Relationships Are Good
A lot of people say if you are in a long distance relationship GET OUT OF IT well not all long distance relationships are bad some are better than a relationship when you are with each other every day!

I'm in a long distance relationship and i think it works fine, we talk on the phone every night, and take trips to see each other whenever we can. And when she's back from school, its the best feeling in the world, its like every birthday,Christmas, holiday, surprise, excitement i have ever felt all over again. Long distance relationships can work, but you have to put in the time and the work. Communication Communication Communication!!!!

For every long distance relationship that works out, 100 don't work out. How can you build trust when your with someone that might as well be on MARS because their not close to you? People in relationships need to see each other more often then someone in a typical across the country or across the pond relationship. THEY DON'T WORK!!

Hmm, I have to say, if you're not in a state of being able to see each other everyday, then most likely your relationship won't last long--at least not to the point of stepping into the church and vowing together and actually staying together for a lifetime.

I'll agree it works for SOME people and good for them if it does. But seriously the vast majority of distance relationships fail and in relatively little time. It was funny in college to see the Freshmen come in talking about their boyfriends or girlfriends back at home or at a different college and how they were going to wait for each other or travel for visits. Before the first semester was over a third were split up, and by the end of the first year 2/3 were split. Oh and the remaining 1/3 may have stayed together but meanwhile they were both screwing around on each other most of that time apart.
