Oswy is right that there really is no such thing as a "natural" form of government. It's all man
made. Technically, however, if you are leaning toward the most basic and elemental of governments
then the answer isn't libertarianism - it's monarchy. In fact monarchy is what you see in nature
when a dominant male holds all sway over a group. (I'm not suggesting monarchy, I'm just saying it
may fit your argument better than libertarianism).
And the only other thing I'll add is there have always been extreme fringes of the libertarian
movement who argued of private ownership for everything - including the military and it's weapons.
That's taking it too far. Of course, there are extreme arms of every party, and I'll admit the
basic principle of minimal government is not unappealing. |

I would say the most natural form of government is absolutism.
Seems to me human history suggests if there was a brand new civilization, a ruler would arise that
would exercise dominion over the society. |
