I agree. They should come up with a new method because this one obviously does not work. The truth
is...neither party has a workable solution to this problem. In my opinion, the Christian church
(myself included) should be doing more to help those in need and keep it out of the hands of the
government except in extreme cases. Remember in the book of Acts where it talks about how the
church helped the widows and the orphans? We should be doing more of that today. |

Libs....who is more generous with tax dollars than the current administration... There are CEO's
walking away from this housing mess with multi millions in there pocket...The welfare bailout will
cover their losses... Nothing in our current budget regarding social programs in this country
compares to that.... |

After my father died when I was a child we were very very poor. We received food stamps, government
cheese and even a little welfare. Now as an adult I have a college education and make a comfortable
living. Those pesky Libs’s were also responsible for worker’s rights, suffrage, and ending
segregation. And if you’re under the impression that our tax and budget problems stem from social
program you haven’t followed you tax dollars very well. |

government taxes the rich to give welfare to the poor, that's "communism".

Hmmmm this is one of those topics I'm not so sure about.. Where i wish there was a neutral option.
I think what they are trying to do, or maybe, what both sides are trying to do, is to create some
kind of economic balance to close a growing gap... I think people who uphold this whole 'Liberal
vs. Conservative' idea are missing the point.. And that is the problem at hand. They are to busy
bashing the other. Unfortunately, to create this balance I think that taking from the 'more
fortunate ones' and giving to the 'less fortunate', is a great idea... Think of it this way, if some
balance isnt reached... Then you can kiss your government good bye, because after which it will
collapse from the inside. |

If you guy's could come with some game and meet "us" head to head, it could be fun. By the way- If
it appears all the time, can you sense the sort of resentment building in those of us who are called
"mean" just because we want to keep what we have earned? That we are SO tired of being told that we
are "greedy". How can someone be greedy if they want to keep what is there to begin with?
