Lemonade Is Just As Bad For You As Pop
I've done research and it said that lemonade dehydrates you just as fast as water tell me what you think

Lemon is a strong diuretic, so that is why it dehydrates you. A health professional told me lemon is not good to eat because its acids corrode the intestinal walls and can actually make you gain weight by slowing digestion.

Only by the amount of sugar in it.

Try making your own lemonade:
- 200ml of ReaLemon (or other lemon juice concentrate)
- 1000ml of water
- four tablespoons (eight teaspoons) of sugar
It's sour but refreshing on a hot summer day.

If you think that recipe has a lot of sugar, know that a 355ml (10oz.) can of Coke has six or more teaspoons of sugar. My idea has one tenth of the sugar by volume and still tastes sweet.

Lemonade is purely sugar. In my mind, it is worse than pop. Sure it has some lemonjuice but the rest is sugar and will make your teeth fall out way faster than pop.

That is true cuz lemon aid has just as much, maybe more sugar than soda.

Meh.

Pop has phosphoric acid in it it will melt your bones....so unless you can find something negative about lemonade, nice try, but no cigar ;-)

Water dehydrates you??? I know it has a lot of sugar so it is probably bad, but not just or worst than pop, soda is the ultimate worst, lol i herd of this boy being addicted to lemonade one time, and his dad was scared...ah good times

So, it's either water dehydrates you, or lemonade ISN'T as bad as pop because you probably meant lemonade HYDRATES you as fast as water does.

Really? I never realized that when i drink water my body loses water. Umm if it hydrates, which i assume is what you meant, just as well as water then how is it as bad as pop? The problem with pop is the carbonation which affects breathing and caffeine and other ingredients that dehydrate the person.

Water hydrates you, it doesn't dehydrate you, and besides, the lemon is one of the most hydrating fruits out there.
