I agree, unfortunately one of the America's greatest exports is its cultural perversions. Seems
like it is one of the few products in which the US is still the world leader. |

It never was. You want to know the funny part? If you go back and read the McDonalds coffee case in
detail the claiments had a good point. It wasn't nearly as frivolous as it was made out to be in the
public eye. They had badly injured a number of people and made the informed decision to keep serving
their drive through coffee much hotter than the other places because it got them business. |

There may be silly justice systems. There may be silly judges and juries.
My guess is it's more a case of people making silly assumptions about cases where their evidence is
presented by what they read or hear from media as opposed to being present when all the evidence is
presented. |
