Yes harmless and I agree with Grenache if it is with someone outside the relationship it could cause problems.
I think that in older people snogging is a bit gross.

I agree. Kissing is harmless.

The only exceptions would be: Criminal kissing (like making out with a child), cheating kissing, diseased kissing, inappropriate place and time kissing (like making out in church), or kissing someone or something disgusting (use whatever imagination you want on that one).

But most of the time kissing is harmless fun.
