Just Because Some People Are Fat Doesn't Mean They Have To Ruin All The Good Stuff On The Lunch Menu For Everyone
Seriously they eliminated baked goods at my school and switched everything to healthy foods I don' have a problem with wheat bread but I can't live without my brownies I am an athlete and have never been a pound overweight in my life

If I want a freaking Twinkie, I'll eat a freaking Twinkie (and die 6 seconds later). It isn't fair that someone should ruin my once-every-few-months McDonald's experience just because some morbidly obese person eats there all the time. Let him die. Survival of the fittest.

I agree. People should have the option of eating what they wish. It is indeed unfair to limit other people because some people have weight issues. There should be something on the menu to suit everyone.

Healthy diets are not just for overweight people That is just crazy to even think that. If you are involved in sports all the time why are you eating loads of sugar that is not good for your body. If you want to have great performance with out a lot of wear and tear on your body. Eat good foods and not junk. I think its about time the school systems stepped up and changed the menus.

and If I am a healthy athelet then my lunch shouldn't be any worse because some people have bad eating habits!

Haha that's terrible. These kinds of policies tend to be counterproductive. If they change the menu only to offer food that is supposedly healthy, people don't like it and end up going down to the local Mickey D's for lunch instead. Of course, the food they get there is usually much more unhealthy than even the original food they would have eaten at school.

Oh well pretty soon you will leave school and you can go down to the burger joint for lunch and eat what you like. Don't gripe about the health food now on offer.

While I agree totally that some ruining things for the majority is wrong, your school is more likely to have switched to healthy foods as part of growing Governmental pressure.
