Students are eating enough junk food outside the schools. If the schools do not encourage healthy
eating habits, nothing will. Schools should sell other healthier snacks instead. |

Junk food should not be allowed in school. As we all know that junk food is not at all good for
health and most of the time doctors prescribe that junk food should be avoided, thus in schools junk
food must be avoided. It may happen that due to having junk food a student may fall sick or may
suffer from any problem in school time. Besides this it is a very relevant fact that most of the
time young people prefer having junk food more than any other type of food. It may happen that they
start neglecting the normal Tiffin that their parents have given them, which may be good for health
or even have high nutritional value. If schools allow junk food then students will tend to buy and
have junk food more than the any other healthy food which may be bad for health. |

Junk food should not be allowed in schools. Children eat enough junk on their own without needing it
in school too. Plus, if they had junk food in schools, kids would be more hyper and not interested
in learning as much. I personally think that junk food should be banned all together. It does
nothing for people and everyone knows it. Junk food clogs your arteries and makes people fat.
Nothing like that should be sold. If it was no longer sold, think of how much weight people would
lose. They would have to eat more fruits and vegetables. Schools need to keep their healthy menus so
that at least there children can get healthy food, brain food. |

Although I agree that junk food is OK once in a while, I disagree with the fact of junk food vending
machines. Kids can get... Uh... Cocky and eat too much, fattening them up. |

No. In my opinion a persons health is their No. 1 priority, and very often the parents' of a child
are irresponsible when it comes to this matter. So, the state should do all it can to ensure that
the highest quality, healthy food (and only healthy food) is available for all children in
Schools.
Whether the children will eat it or not is another matter. Though they can but try. |

Lol Meliswa that's our school and different but my opinion is junk food shouldn't be allowed in
school our world is obese and unhealthy enough. What we eat in school can effect us later in life
with things like heart disease. The less junk food this world gets the better |

Along with academics, why not teach and encourage healthy eating habits? Our schools should not be
poisoned with junk food. |
