There is criteria for such an answer.
1. What does god mean? Since you are linking it with Jesus, I would guess the God of the Bible. The
story of Jesus comes to us mainly from the Bible.
If this is the case, it's a biblical question. I'm being nice...it is a Biblical question and to
debate it, the parties would have to agree on the Bible as being the basis for argument.
Once this is agreed, debaters who think the Bible is unreasonable have no reason to join the debate.
That was a literal statement and absolutely true. The Bible uses beginning, end and eternity
throughout. An eternal Heaven. In the beginning..., the alpha and omega. Knowing this is a fact of
the Bible (it's not an opinion), makes it easy to say Jesus is God without the Bible saying things
like, in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God.....and 13 verses
later the Word became flesh.
Quite a few times the Bible says God wants us to be one with Him. There's plenty in the Bible that
would indicate that's the whole point of this excercise.
Jesus being God isn't any more unusual than eternity creating non-eternity.
Jesus being God is not critical for any proofs to people who don't believe in the God of the Bible.
In fact, that concept is absurd. Jesus being God for people who don't believe in God is stupid.
Jesus being God for those who don't believe Jesus is the Messiah is stupid. If someone thinks Jesus
was just a man, then Jesus being God is stupid. If any of these stances are derived from studying
the Bible...yep you guessed it...stupid.
Anyway, according to the Bible, Jesus was a man who doubted and was very concerned about dieing on
the cross. Jesus was the son of God and knew it. Jesus was the Jewish Messiah. Jesus is God.
According to the Bible.
If someone who studies the Bible debates Jesus is not God based on the Bible...fine with me. Better
come with quite a few passages I missed. |

Of cause Jesus is God and evidence for this is the holy trinty (the three parts of God) The father
(God), the son (Jesus) and the holy spirit. These three things all make up God. |

Actually, yes....
Since Jesus Christ, as a historical person who existed, there are records of his existence,,
actually, lots of them.
So he was a person.
His parentage? The biblical account states that "the Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary, so that she
became with child".
This indicates that Jesus had a had a half-human origin.
The part not human was of a Spirit-being....what we have come to refer to as "God".
Matthew chapter 1 gives the geneaology of Jesus Christ.
Which, you could check on............. |

Omg I don't know where i belong.. Lol but I'm not sure if I'm stating this correct >.<"
but as one of my EX say.. Jesus got 3 roles?..
God's Son, Human(i kinda forgot), and God. People think Jesus is a god because of they way he help
and save people. But yet Jesus is just one person with just 3 roles in his life =].
Liek for example..
Im a student... A handball player and.. A daughter =D but all together im just one person =]...
Lol.. Yea so idk >.<

Uh…No one can “prove” a subjective statement wrong, because of the fact that it is, indeed, an
opinion. Regardless, the burden of evidence rests on the shoulders of the one making the claims, not
those disagreeing with it.
Note: I agree with Justsumguy when he states that in order for anyone to debate on this subject,
they would first have to agree that the Bible is not only the basis for the argument but also
correct on every aspect or event it describes, of which I do not approve. I’m just here to say
what was explained above. |

Jesus is the SON of God. |

Being completely non-religious, I don't understand this. As far as I was taught at school,
Christians believe that Jesus was the son of god and his mother was the virgin Mary. If Jesus and
God are one and the same, then Jesus is his own dad, who somehow impregnated his own mother to
produce himself. How does that work? |
| |
|
| |
|
| |
|
|
Impossible to prove either way--it's strictly a matter of faith. |

Jesus is not god
Jesus is a prophet sent by god and was given special power and spirit from god
I am sure he is not god because his birth was miracle, and god only makes miracles...
And if he was god, how comes his enemy kills him?
God never die
And I love god and Jesus |

It's your debate Romains1, we don't have to prove a thing! However. To prove your debate you have to
convince us that your argument is within the realms of analytical reasoning, and is logically sound
or unfounded. |
