Jedi Knight is just the movie version of Buddhism (The Force=Chi/Qui) It was obviously meant to be
fiction based on non-fiction events. |

I don't believe that Jedi has even been official recognised as a religion anywhere. Some people, as
a joke, have put "Jedi" as their religion in census forms but this does not grant any official
recognition.
In any case, there is no reason why Lucas, peace be upon him, could not have been divinely inspired
to produce his Star Wars opus, much as the founders of other religions claimed they had been
divinely inspired to produce their founding texts.
When allowed to ripen and mature over the course of centuries, as some of the more familiar systems
of superstition have done, there is no reason why Jedi, scientology and Elvis-worship should not
take their rightful place alongside those other equally absurd faiths, Christianity, Islam, Judaism
and Hinduism. |

If garbage with zero evidence like christ-inanity, hinduism, islam and others are "recognized", why
not other nonsense. At least Pastafarians admit their "religion" is a joke.
The only differences between a cult and religion is the number of members, the money it has, and the
power it wields. |

Why does it have any less of a claim than christianity? And it is not spelt sankshened it is
sanctioned. And George Lucas created Star Wars not Spielberg. You should find this stuff out first
before starting a debate. |
