It has become a true story that the human rights are being abused by the asylum seekers in UK. This
is not at all a secret or confidential fact to the government as well as to the general mass. UK is
quite well known for the number of asylum throughout the country which provides a very good medical
and spiritual solution to those who need the help of these asylums. But this has been observed that
a number of people among these asylum seekers keep themselves busy in making abusive threat to the
human rights. According to some leading psychologists, the mental trauma by which the asylum seekers
go through make themselves to behave such a manner which leads to the eventuality of human rights
violations. This thing is growing day by day and the UK government should take some step immediately
to make it a full stop. |

I think I have to come in for this one.
I can understand why anyone who's seeking asylum would abuse any act if they thought that being
returned to their own country would damage them or their family.
A report undertaken in 2004 but only just released has shown that their was a great increase in
people who thought that the Human Rights Act (1998), was being abused for the benefit of asylum
seeks.
The act covers such things as personal freedoms, including the right to privacy within peoples
personal lives.
It was stated that the law is causing more real problems than it solves and this does have some
truth.
It's sometimes difficult to define human and other rights and the goal posts keep getting changed
for individual cases.
Many of the claims of abuse will be unfounded because people are afraid of what they see as
perceived threats to their own rights and way of life.
The influx of asylum seekers to the UK tends to be higher than to some other countries and so the
'problem' will attract more attention here. |
