| What should matter is if he or she is a good teacher, who treats their students with fairness without favoritism, and believes in the students too. |

If a person has trained to be a teacher and they are capable of doing a good job and making students
into well rounded individuals then sexuality, colour or gender should make no difference what so
ever. Anyone who says any different is racist, sexist and homophobic and clearly discriminative
which have no place in a work place and teaching is no different. |
