Islam Is Inherently More Pernicious Than Christianity
Yes, Christianity has provoked a lot of problems too. But Jesus didn't commission assassinations. He didn't capture people and make them his slaves, including sex slaves. He wasn't a rapist or a paedophile. He didn't murder people, rob them or order their execution. He didn't consciously make up pseudo divine revelations (at least that we know of), unlike Mohammed who admitted faking some of his revelations. He didn't approve the use of deception in order to kill people. The two religions are not inherently equivalent. Islam is worse.

It should be but it hasn't been. The Roman Catholic Church hijacked the teachings of Christ and made something more pernicious than islam.

The teachings of Mohammed are definitely more pernicious than the teachings of Christ.

FINALLY, someone who can see past all this "diversity" that seems to obsess our culture so much. As hard as it is (even for me) to accept, islam and christianity are sadly not equivilent. Islam preaches inequality, and (to the extremist extent) violence. Sure you could argue that christians are responsibe for volence as well. Just look at the crusades! Muslims were every bit as active in that cusade as the christians, which renders that argument neutral. While christianity has a history of violence, i fail to see much of that in today's world besides the IRA or whatever they are called. Muslims however, seem to continue violent and extremist practices such as stoning in many middle eastrn countries. I nderstand that these are fundamentalists, but i've never seen a christian fundamentalist go out and kill someone for having different belifs.

Obviously you don't understand how Christianity was spread. American slavery was justified through Christianity who were considered savages and needed salvation. South America were colonized in the name of Christianity again against people who were savages.

Lets not forget the Spanish and English inquisitions of extreme tortures to convert people who kill people percieved as witches. Some of the greatest torture chambers and devices were underwritten by the Catholic church.

African countries are mostly Christian as a result of taking over those what the Christian church called savages and heathens.

Than its the Christian church telling others what rights they should or should not have in the name of your God such as Gay marriage. Your kind love to control the lives and bedrooms of other people. By far Christians are the nosiest group of people I have seens.

The estimates of death under the sword of Crusaders 1.2 million lives lost

100,000 to 500,000 Jews were killed during the Chmielnicki massacres in Russia by Christians.

In 1215, the bishops of the Catholic Church met at the Fourth Council of the Lateran under Pope Innocent III. One of the key goals of the council was to combat the heresy of the Cathars. Cathars were an orthodox group of people. Estimate 1 million slaughtered by order of the Church.

Trust me there is a lot more. There is a lot of blood on Christian hands.

If CNN was around back then, Christians would have a much uglier reputation.

Maybe it's just me but it seems to me that that Christians aren't the ones blowing themselves up and crashing into skyscrapers.

Furthermore you are showing the world the kind of antitheistic bigot you are by digging up past events thqat current Christians have had no part in, but then that's just the kind of person you are

Every single debate you've started has been an attack on Islam and Muslims, yet I'm sure you've never even read the Quran completely.

If I keep posting them, maybe one day you'll be able to give a substantive, reasoned response to one of them rather than a reflex, tribal loyalty-based rejection.
