I used to think it wasn't, but then one time I raced F1 carts on a track and it was exhausting. I
was sore the next day. Your muscles tense up, you have repetitive motions for what seems like too
long a time, you have your senses on high alert. It's a test of endurance just as much as a test of
driving skills.
And I'm not a Nascar fan, in fact I've never sat through a race either in person or even watching it
on TV. |

Yes, it is. Horseracing was the sport of kings. This is the sport of drunken rednecks.
They work very hard to get those cars in the condition they want them in. Strategy and preperation
and quick reflexes are needed.
I used to ride race horses and run in track. It is more than just going as fast as you can in a
circle. |
