It's fast food, created fast for the best taste using weird chemicals, buffed up processes and low
health tasteful ingredients.
Hell, i don't even regard it as food |

Kind of obvious really. 'Supesize me' sort of proved that fact already. Plus the fact that they
don't print the content of the food on the packet almost seems like they're hiding something. |

McDonalds anyday is bad for you. |

It's okay to eat mcdonald's once in a while, but eating it everyday is definitely unhealthy. You get
about triple the amount of calories, fat, and sodium required each day. Well, that is, the burgers,
fries, and drinks are unhealthy, but eating salad is okay. |

Eating the same thing every day is bad for you. But when what you're eating is already bad, it's
even worse. |

McDonald's is evil
Why would anyone stuff all that fat into their bodies? |

McDonald's is only a good place to eat if you wish to treat yourself every now and then. People who
eat there regularly are putting their health at risk. Even if you exercise, it's still better to
avoid going there. Exercise should be combined with healthy food such as fruit and vegetables, not
fast food. |

There was a documentary called "Supersize me" that followed a young, healthy man as he tried to live
exclusively on McDonalds food. As the documentary was being made, his state of health was being
regularly monitored by physicians.
After a few weeks of living on McDonalds, the monitoring detected a serious deterioration in his
health and, as a result, advised him to call off the experiment. He kept with it, however. His body
mass index increased something like 15% in a month and the physicians told him he might have
sustained permanent health damage, damage that would endure even after he lost the excess weight he
had put on, which took him a year to do. |

I personally think that eating it every day for a week or so wont kill you as long as you look
after yourself in many other ways. |

Not if you work there it's free.
It's only bad if you have to pay......LOL |
