Lovely animals as long as you are not allergic to them, and if handled correctly make life long
'friends' and companions. They are a great deal more intelligent and comprehending than people
realise. Horse riding is one of my favourite activities, (preferably in Arizona on a Ranch) it does
keep you fit and teaches also control, of self and of horse, but sensitive and gentle control. These
creatures can teach us much. |

This is a yes and no. Yes, it keeps you physically fit. But no, getting kicked in the face is not
good for your health. |

For me, no.
I, as well as about 250,000 other people are seriously allergic to horses. I will puff up like a
big red balloon and float to the ER. Not the most healthy thing I can think of. |

You're sitting on a horse. Wow. Does stock racing make you incredibly fit? No. Buying a horse will
not be good for you're health. Maybe the fresh air will be, but nowadays fresh air is an urban myth |
