I think they probably have some sort of a plan for his demise, but are prudent on how it would be
carried out. They do concern themselves with world opinion, but not overly so. |

Unlikely. Right now they are in a phase of trying to deny the appearance of the NEXT Dalai Lama. To
do this, and I am not making this up, to prevent the next Buddhist leader the Chinese government
has...
...DECLARED REINCARNATION ILLEGAL. |

No I don't think they are since the Chinese should know that the rest of the world respect the Dalai
Lama and definitely don't want him killed. |
