I agree with what Quincel said, we don't have term limits in this country and it has not negatively
impacted on us. Why should we thinking it would be any different if America was to adopt a similar
sort of system? |

I completely agree, if the ppl want the president to stay in office i think they should reelect
him/her till they dont like them. Although i would add: The terms have to be consecutive after the
first traditional 2. |

To be honest, Thatcher won 3 elections and was in power for almost 12 years, and while some people
would suggest it was the end of the world, when voters wanted her out she went. It's not as if not
having term limits in the UK has caused some kind of long term dictator to emerge. |
