In The U.S, There Should Be No Limit For The Number Of Terms One Could Be As President.
If the voters think that a certain president is exceptionally good, there should be nothing preventing them from choosing to elect him or her.

Yup!

If people aer good, and people want to vote for them, they should be able to go again.

I agree with what Quincel said, we don't have term limits in this country and it has not negatively impacted on us. Why should we thinking it would be any different if America was to adopt a similar sort of system?

I completely agree, if the ppl want the president to stay in office i think they should reelect him/her till they dont like them. Although i would add: The terms have to be consecutive after the first traditional 2.

To be honest, Thatcher won 3 elections and was in power for almost 12 years, and while some people would suggest it was the end of the world, when voters wanted her out she went. It's not as if not having term limits in the UK has caused some kind of long term dictator to emerge.

Under the current circumstance, I would say a half term should be the max. LOL

The notion of have the majority decide what is best for the whole will never be a good idea.

But... That's pretty much going to turn into dictatorship.

I think no one should be expected to do that job forever. It is highly demanding and stressful and so high profile that after their term, they need a break. It is not fair to the person who is president.
