Yeah, I hear all the reasons people give for not working out at the gym - the social part, dating,
whatever -- but what that still doesn't excuse is taking a workout machine out of circulation
because you just want to sit and talk on it. That's at a minimum inconsiderate and at a maximum
rude and selfish. And yeah people who pay can use their time how they want but not when it
interferes with the rights of others who paid to utilize their own memberships. |

Yes that bothers me so much, its really hard to concentrate when you can only hear a couple of
lollygaggers talking like 2 feet away from you. And you just want to smack the people who sit at the
machines with chairs, and just talk. But the biggest annoyance is when you see people use your
favourite machine, and lift like 10 pounds so it takes them literally half an hour to get tired and
take a break, and give another person a chance to use it. |

If you paid to get in, feel free to waste your money by not using the equipment. |

Working out is a social event nowadays. They are more friendly than they used to be. I personally
just exercise during commercials. I eventually got down to one arm. Just think, commercials... |

Why does it matter to you so much? Each to himself, to each his own. Do what you need to and stop
bothering with what others are doing, their lives not yours. |
