The "santa killer" who murdered his ex-wife and numerous inlaws before killing himself was a catholic (www.sgvtribune.com/news/ci_11316208). So why did he kill them and himself if he's a catholic? Don't say he wasn't a christian - he was set to be the usher at his local church's midnight mass on the day he committed the murder/suicide; a non-christian wouldn't spend his time in a church.

being an idiot) but I am a Christian (obviously not by your whatever your definition is) and I don't
attend any organized religious ceremonies. So even Christians don't attend what you consider to be
Christian churches. Your entire line of reasoning is silly...again.
He was just a bad apple. You can't project one persons actions onto the group. I once read an
article about a black guy that raped and murdered a 16 year old girl. Does that mean all black males
condone rape and murder?
If you "think" that's what I think, you're mistaken. As quincel pointed out, the 4% of US priests being pedophiles doesn't mean they all are.
However, the reaction to the exposure of pedopriests really said a lot about the catholics (i.e. "Reporting pedopriests is catholic bashing!"). Similarly, I've already seen many people spew the line that Pardo "wasn't a *true* christian" either because he was catholic or because he killed people.
You would never hear an atheist deny that Stalin was an atheist, but time and again, you will hear christians deny that one of their own committed crimes (e.g. the KKK, the nazis, Dennis Rader the BTK serial killer, James Kopp, Eric Rudolph, ad infinitum). That was the point.
The catholic church doesn't support paedophilia, even though some of their priests seem to. You will
always get corrupt people, morally corrupt or otherwise in high (or in this case, not that high)
positions in all organisations.
