If I Own My Body And Am The Only One In Charge Of It, Like To Have An Abortion, Then I Really Have No Right To Say That Someone Else Should Pay For The Healthcare Of My Body.
It seems contradictory to say I have ownership of my body and use that argument for things like the right to have an abortion or euthanasia or to smoke, etc., then I should not expect others to pay for my healthcare.

When you put it that way, it does seem hypocritical to demand both sole dominion of your body and government assistance when something goes wrong. I never thought of it like that before.

In general, yes, you are responsible for paying for healthcare. The exception is when you or your employer or your taxes are paying for health insurance which is supposed to cover health costs.

The state, and by extension the taxpayers, shouldn't be responsible for paying for your health care costs, that's your job.

Depends
in England on the NHS
i pay for everyones by taxes and everyone pays for mine
i still should have the right to what goes in and out of my body

but if i were evading taxes and not paying them then the NHS should not cover my treatment, as it wouldn't be right to have people cover mine

In national healthcare, everybody pays their share.

You are just borrowing the body - just my opinion.

I'm confused about this though. In your country do tax dollars pay for abortions? If that happened here I would find a new country. If that is what's happening there, that is despicable! Abortions which are not life threatening should not be paid for by the public.
