If A Human Acquired An Artificial Organ, Or Even An Organ Of An Animal, It Wouldn't Make The Individual Less Human.
It wouldn't make the individual less human. It wouldn't change the way we think or operate, our thoughts and personality would be identical. Some religions are strongly against humans receiving new organs, especially those of animals. But I think all Gods for all religions would rather see a person live with a foreign organ, than die with the original organ he had.

I think i already have at least one animal part. I agree with topic (pounding beer on table).

Yeah, I agree with that. I mean even if you took it to the greatest extreme, maybe grafted condor wings on their back or gave them the genitalia of a horse, they still started human and are still predominately human in parts. And the same would be true of artificial limbs and cyborg implants.

Personally, I don't want any parts which aren't my own, but if I got in an accident and woke up medically altered like the "Six-Million-Dollar-Man" I know I and most of the world would still consider me human.

Percentage-wise, it would.

But humanity is all about the mind. The body is incredibly less important. Stephen Hawking, for example.

it doesn't matter how smart you are if you don't have some physical means to make it happen. Do you think Stephen Hawking would be so intelligent if we wasn't able to survive with all the people taking care of him. Without having to worry about his body his mind florished but if there wasn't somebody there to take care of his body his mind would have died with it.

I don't think it would make us less Human. Being human is much more in the direction upwards than the neck downwards. Artificial brain? That would be an entirely different scenario.

Our thoughts should be the same. Depends on the individual.
