If you say so. Though I disagree with the generalization that "cheese is stinky." Some are, some
aren't. |

The stated premise: Hitomi hates cheese. A "For" response would agree that, indeed, Hitomi is not
partial to this particular food. An "Against" response would provide evidence or logical reasoning
to show that Hitomi adores Gouda, cheddar, feta and mozzarella, thus disputing his generalization.
I do not know Hitomi. I have no photos of him gobbling down cheese, I cannot subpoena any witnesses
to testify that he is a cheeseaholic. Research studies indicate that not all people are partial to
cheese.
The only information I have on this subject is Hitomi's statement that he hates cheese. I have no
reason to doubt this statement. Ergo, the only stance I can take on this monumental debate is that,
indeed, Hitomi does not like cheese.
Additional evidence may demonstrate that my assertion is wrong, but with the facts presented, I will
tentatively accept his conclusion but argue that further research is needed. |

This isn't a debate, it's a statement. How people have commented on it without realising this is
pretty amazing. I bet this is just a way to get points and become star of the day. |

Ha!!, this was a fun topic, I'm sorry I didn't see it before. I love mainstream cheeses like
cheddar, mozzarella, swiss, as well as Italian pasta cheeses like parmesan and romano. I've never
developed a liking for the stinky marbled cheeses.
Weird story I have to tell. Earlier this year I started to suspect I have a touch of Asperger
Syndrome and read up on it. Some people with Asperger's report problems with digesting dairy and
wheat products. But the strange thing is many of them CRAVE these products. One theory why is
they're able to digest some of it but the rest sort of sticks in the system and ferments and
actually kind of gives them a bit of a high. So they LOVE cheese even though it's really not too
good for them. Well, when I was a kid I brought a cheese sandwich for my lunch at school every day
from 1st to 5th grades. And then I discovered pizza and always wanted that. I ate mountains of
dairy and wheat all my life until I started to develop digestion issues about a year ago, and as an
experiment I cut those two foods out and immediately improved. Strange huh?
So the moral of the story is I love cheese, but alas cheese never really loved me back :( It was
playing me, stringing me along like so much string cheese. |
