On South Park they make fun of everybody, that’s the point. Besides Matt Stone is a Jew. As usual
all the best Jewish jokes come from Jews. Me? I’m Jewish and Irish so I never pass up free liquor. |

How can anyone be offended by a silly, pathetic animation like South Park anyway?
Besides, Jews are not the only people in the world to get discriminated against, but many others
seem to have a more mature approach to these supposedly offensive terms and either give a light
insult back or a laugh.
Stop being such a martyr in life. Build a bridge and get over it =/ |

I'm with Cephus. They do in fact make fun of everyone. If people are going to take it so seriously
then why don't you just stop watching it? I also agree with chispa on the point of people making fun
of their own race. Its people like that who make it difficult to determine whether or not jokes
about a certain race are wrong. |

I do not own a TV, but I reluctantly submitted to watching the “south Park” movie. It was as bad
and incomprehensible in its appeal as I thought it would be.
At the turn of the last century, millions of Eastern European Jews poured into Ellis Island. They
brought with them a rich tradition of entertaining, and immediately began theater and music groups.
Vaudeville was essentially invented by the Jews, as were many forms of popular music. The Gershwin
brothers are the premier example.
Naturally, Jews gravitated toward the movie business when it was in its infancy. Many of the
top-flight Hollywood directors were Jewish. And those zany, rollicking “Looney Tunes” scores?
That is “klezmorim,” Jewish folk music.
Jews are still leading powerbrokers in the film and now TV industry. Maybe, as such, they have a
license to poke fun at themselves, like black comics who use “the N- word.” |

Actually, people need to stop being so sensitive. South Park insults EVERYONE, that's the purpose
of the show. I'm really tired of people going "waaaaah! They said mean things about me!
Waaaaah!"
Get over it. |
