If the human soul exists, this strongly supports an afterlife.
There are strong reasons to believe the claim that the human soul exists.
Therefore, it is reasonable to conclude there is an afterlife.
Corollaries to the argument: 1. Science and the scientific method are valuable tools to explain
naturalistic phenomenon, but it is irrational to claim that science is able to explain all truth. 2.
The reasons to believe that the soul exists and how this truth claim relates to an afterlife is a
formidable argument and requires significant time.

You can be justified in your own way to believe anything. Whether its true is another question. |

I cant physically stop you, but if you do and believe you need to be good in this life your wasting
it. ( I'm not saying rob a bank) But don't do things because they will benefit you in the afterlife,
because it doesn't exist. |

Scientists don't say otherwise - they are only concerned with the empirical and the material. The
afterlife that you believe in is presumably non-empirical, and therefore, something scientists are
unconcerned with.
However, Antares' point is true. Anyone can be made to think their justification for something is
entirely legitimate. |
