They're both delicious. Honey tends to roll off the edges and get on my fingers more. Plus there
are dozens of different kinds of jam to choose from, and although yes there are different kinds of
honey too the variation from one honey to the next isn't as big of a difference.

No it isn't. Honey is very nice but jam is by far the superior product for crumpets, toast, you name
it. For one thing it has far more varieties. Yorkshire tea is pretty good, though.
