| We have had targets set for about everything by this Labour government. It is a very basic and short sighted tactic that does not work. Services/employees simply engineer their practice to hit these targets often at the cost of the product itself. The government should trust Hospitals, police, schools etc to decide how best to run themselves. They, after all, are the experts in their particular field and are consciencious enough to do so. |
