Skin is the stuff that is gooey and flabby on your body if you have a deep cut you can see layers of
skin with air pockets and blood veigns This is the same with animals
you are wearing a hairy animal scab no dought at one time covered with blood
wild animals have lice flees and diseases as well If you think about it you are wearing some thing
unsanitary and disgusting animals even sometimes pee on each other
DOESN'T WEARING FUR GROSS YOU OUT
plus it is evil and mean to kill, to take a life |

Is It Wrong To Use Leather For Belts And Shoes, Because We're not hunting Cows Specifically For
Their Skin
But For Meat
And Really All We're Doing With The Cow Is Using Another Part To Be Resourceful
But Hunting Animals Only For Their Skin Isn't Good |

Wearing fur is barbaric. It makes people look like cave dwellers. |

ABSOLOUTLY! If you are against go learn how an animal is slaughtered or skinned...horrible. I'm
vegetarian |

Well if we wear animal fur, might as well animals wear human skin. Then lets see how it feels to be
an animal which has lost its fur to another species |

I agree. All my life I admired fur coats, etc., I bought a rabbit fur jacket in the 80's. Wore it
3 or four times and it continued to look new. I began thinking about the rabbits and all other
animals in the forest who basically living their lives and minding their own business and how their
lives were cut short for money and enjoyment. I gave the coat away to a pawnshop. Everything and
everyone deserves a full chance at life no matter how long or short it is. And not be killed and
stripped because of our lust for material things, etc. Humans have a lot of nerve, supposed this
was down to us. |

In general I agree. Fur as a fashion statement is a terrible crime against living things.
However, I believe in some exceptions: 1) Fur from animals already domesticated for our food supply,
because if they're going to be killed anyway you might as well not waste some of the animal, 2) Fur
from animals found dead, again so it's not wasted, 3) Fur saved for historical reasons, like fur in
a museum display, 4) Fur necessary as the only choice to avoid freezing - i.e. If you're stranded in
the arctic without proper supplies and your only choice is to kill and wear some fur.
But when all is said and done, those exceptions I mention are rare. Really people in general should
not be wearing fur anymore. |

Rock on dude!!! Save the animals!! |

OF COURSE! If WE were the animals we would not be enjoying being killed so others can be nice and
warm! God, have some empathy!
Who cares if God said that animals are made for humans. He obviously didn't use a dictionary, but
just because he said that it means it's automatically right?? What if I wrote a book and in ten
thousand years, it's the only thing that exists from my time? I am for having your own beliefs but
saying that god put them here to be killed is NOT a good point! |

I completely agree. Though God put animals here for us to eat them, that doesn't mean people have
the right to kill them only for their fur. I am not a vegetarian but I do believe that wearing
animal skin is very wrong. |
