Colleges in Texas are only considered successful if their football team is too. |

Players now play for the money not the jersey, far too much money involved now, hence the upsurge of
referee abuse. |

There is far to much money involved and I'd say it's too violent to be called a sport, they should
have stricter rules on tackling, and by doing this the sport should get a lot more popular. |

Money is everywhere now and no one can defy the necessity of money to attain a comfortable life. So,
there is no exception in the case of football as well. As the game gets the popularity day by day
and spreading it all over the world, money is getting attached with the game. This is reality and no
body can disobey this. Nowadays, with the globalization of this game, it has become more glamorous
to be a footballer and I don’t get any wrong in it. Everything in this world has become a consumer
product and if football gets to be the latest addition to it, what’s the harm? I think strongly
that it’s still a sport of its highest charisma and the acceptability of this game can not be
faded with this allegation. Money makes the game more alluring and nothing else. |

I don't think that cuz its not like baseball where say Yankees can sell 1000$ worth of stuff and
they can use that money to get a player in the NFL it just goes to the NFL. Say you buy a patriots
shirt it doesnt go to the patriots it goes to the NFL and they can use that money how ever they
want. Pretty much what I'm saying is that its not a business cuz it doesnt go to the team you
bought and they cant use the money. |
